Fruit and Wine Jell-O Dessert Recipe
Ingredients of the Recipe 200 grams of seedless grapes 250 grams of strawberries (clean and cut in half) 250 grams of cherries (fresh or canned) 60 grams Jell-O powder dissolved in half a cup of warm water left to cool off 2 cups of sweet white wine 2 cups of apple juice 1/3 of a cup of fruit liquor (or apple juice)
Preparation of Dessert
- Stir the dissolved Jell-O and let it cool off put all the fruit in a bowl and mix them.
- Mix the dissolved Jell-O with the wine, apple juice, and fruit liquor. (or extra apple juice) Pour ¼ of this liquid mixture into a large Jell-O mold with the capacity for 4 cups, and add 1/4 of a cup of fruit. Refrigerate till it curdles.
- Repeat the same procedure till you finish with the remaining fruit and liquid. When the gelatin has curdled well. Unmold it and you can serve it decorated with extra fruit.
