Fruit and Wine Jell-O

 

Fruit and Wine Jell-O Dessert Recipe

 

Ingredients of the Recipe
200 grams of seedless grapes
250 grams of strawberries (clean and cut in half)
250 grams of cherries (fresh or canned)
60 grams Jell-O powder dissolved in half a cup of warm water left to cool off
2 cups of sweet white wine
2 cups of apple juice
1/3 of a cup of fruit liquor (or apple juice)

Preparation of Dessert

  1. Stir the dissolved Jell-O and let it cool off put all the fruit in a bowl and mix them.
  2. Mix the dissolved Jell-O with the wine, apple juice, and fruit liquor. (or extra apple juice) Pour ¼ of this liquid mixture into a large Jell-O mold with the capacity for 4 cups, and add 1/4 of a cup of fruit.  Refrigerate till it curdles.
  3. Repeat the same procedure till you finish with the remaining fruit and liquid.  When the gelatin has curdled well. Unmold it and you can serve it decorated with extra fruit.
