Frozen Scoffer

Ingredients:
500 ml strong coffee
350grs of sugar
½ milk cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla
250 ml milk

Preparation
Combine the coffee with the sugar and let it cool it off. Add the sugar, milk and cream to it. Whip this mixture together. Pour it into a pudding mold and place it in the refrigerator for 5hrs. Stir it a bit every hour or so. The ice cream mustn’t freeze but turn into cream. In order to serve turn the mold over a plate, decorate with mandarins and grand Marnier.
