Frozen Crown

Ingredients:
150 grs of bitter chocolate
750 ml milk
6 eggs
150 grs of sugar
3 teaspoons of soluble coffee
9 gelatin leaves
1 small glass of rum
375 grs of strawberries and whipped cream

Preparation
Mix the chocolate with hot milk in order to melt it. Beat the egg yokes, and then combine them slowly with the sugar, coffee and chocolate milk. Cook this on double boiler pot, but never stop stirring it. Cook it until the mixture thickens a bit. Wet the gelatin leaves and pressure them down. Combine gelatin and rum with the paste; then let the mixture cool off. Once you beat the egg whites add them to mixture. Pour it inside a spherical mold and place it inside the refrigerator. To serve, place the mold in hot water, and then turn it upside down. Decorate it with the strawberries and cream. This is best served with coffee and biscuits.
