Ingredients
2 oranges
160 grams of fresh pineapple
2 bananas
400 ml of apple juice
Preparation
- Peel and take de pit the oranges and slice the pulp down.
- Peel the pineapple. Chop the pulp and place it in the juice extractor along with the orange pieces. Take the juice out of the blender.
