Flan

  • For: 6 servings
  • Time: 50 minutes

 

Ingredients:
½ liter milk
5 eggs
5 tbsps sugar
Skimmed milk, dried peaches

Preparation:

  1. Beat the eggs with sugar and lemon peel.
  2. Mix the milk which should be boiled and cold.
  3. Sift and pour in a mold with candied sugar cook it in a double sauce pan, first on a fire and then into the oven, be careful that the water doesn’t boil.
  4. Once the pinching needle comes out clean let it cool off
  5. Remove from mold and decorate with skimmed milk and dried peaches.
