Flan
- For: 6 servings
- Time: 50 minutes
Ingredients: ½ liter milk 5 eggs 5 tbsps sugar Skimmed milk, dried peaches
Preparation:
- Beat the eggs with sugar and lemon peel.
- Mix the milk which should be boiled and cold.
- Sift and pour in a mold with candied sugar cook it in a double sauce pan, first on a fire and then into the oven, be careful that the water doesn’t boil.
- Once the pinching needle comes out clean let it cool off
- Remove from mold and decorate with skimmed milk and dried peaches.
