Flaky Liquored Pears

  • For: 1 serving
  • Time: 50 minutes

 

Ingredients:
½ large pears
1 oval vol-au-vent of flaky dough
50 grs brown sugar syrup
1 cup pear liquor

Preparation:

  • Peel the ½ pear and cut it in slices to put it on the inside of the vol-au-vent.
  • Place into a high temperature oven for 20 minutes.
  • Once browned, remove from oven and cover it with brown syrup which should be prepared with sugar and a little water.
  • Finally, pour the liquor on top of the pear and serve hot.
