Fish with dill mayonnaise and lime recipe

Ingredients 2 tablespoons of oil 2 teaspoons of grated lemon peel 2 tablespoons of lemon juice ˝ teaspoon of minced garlic 2 tablespoons of white wine freshly ground black pepper 4 slices of white fish 60 grams of butter
Dill mayonnaise 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 1 tablespoon of grated lemon peel ˝ (125 grams) of mayonnaise 3 tablespoons of sour cream 1 tablespoon of fresh dill, minced
Preparation

Mix the oil, lemon juice and grated peels, garlic, wine and pepper in a small bowl. Spread part of the mix on the fish

Melt the butter in a large frying pan and fry the fish at medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until it is well cooked. While cooking cover it several times with the lemon mix.

Mayonnaise: Mix the ingredients. Pour over the fish and serve right away.
Serving suggestion Serve the fish with bread, carrots, zucchini and broccoli.
