- For: 4 servings
- Time: 60 minutes
Ingredients:
2 golden apples
25 grs butter
100 ml cider
4 vanilla ice cream balls
2 nuts
4 tbsps sugar
Preparation:
- Wash the apples, remove the core and place them in a tray.
- Make a circular cut on the top of each apple.
- Put a tbsp of sugar and a butter ball on the inside of each apple. Pour the cider on top
- Place into a very hot oven for 30-40 minutes.
- Once baked, some of the pulp will come out of the circled cut, when these are baked remove the skin from this area and serve very hot.
- Pour a little more cider or water on the tray in which the apples were baked and pour them on the sides of the apples.
- Place an ice cream ball on top of each apple and place ½ a nut.
