Figs in Raspberry Sauce
- For: 4 servings
- Time: 60 minutes
Ingredients: 24 dried figs 250 grs raspberries 1 cup white wine 100 grs sugar
Preparation:
- Cook the dried fig which should be covered with white wine, water and 100 grs of sugar.
- Place the raspberries into the blender until they become a cream which is then placed in another container through a very thin sifter to separate the seeds.
- After spread the raspberry cream on the dishes in which the figs are going to be served, place the figs on the dishes and sprinkle the cooking juice on top.
