Fig Sweet
Ingredients Figs, 1 kilogram Sugar, ¾ kilogram
Preparation Peel the figs. Prepare a syrup add the figs. Allow them to sit for 5 minutes. Then cook over moderate heat until they acquire a crystal color. Take the figs out of the pot with a strainer and continue cooking the syrup until it thickens. Place the figs back in and allow it to boil for 5 to 10 minutes on high heat. Bottle it and once it has cooled store in the refrigerator.
