Fettuccini Carbonara recipe
4 servings
Ingredients ˝ kg of fettuccini 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Carbonara sauce 4 eggs 3 tablespoons of thick cream 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese freshly ground black pepper 4 slices of bacon, minced
Preparation

Cook the fettuccini as explained in the package. Drain and mix with 2 teaspoons of oil, set aside and keep warm.

Sauce: Beat the eggs, cream, cheese and black peppers in a bowl.

Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan, fry the bacon for 4-5 minutes or until it is crunchy. Add the fettuccini; mix well. Pour the egg mix into the pan and stir for 1 minute, at low heat, until the egg is almost cooked. Take off the fire and serve right away.
Serving suggestion: Accompany the fettuccini with a green salad of your choice.
Peaches in cinnamon syrup 4 servings
Ingredients 4 tablespoons of orange extract 2 tablespoons of glazed sugar 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 1 tablespoons or orange liquor 3 tablespoons of water 6 cloves, whole 1 cinnamon stick 4 canned peaches cut in halves, drained
Preparation

Place the orange extract, sugar, three liquids and cinnamon to boil. As soon as it begins boiling put the heat on low and continue boiling for 5 minutes, mixing until it forms a syrup.

Place the peaches in four separate plates and cover with the syrup.
