Fettuccine with Cream and Bacon Recipe

Ingredients ˝ kilo dried fettuccine 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Cream and Bacon Sauce 2 chopped bacon slices 4 chopped Scallions ˝ cup (125 ml) cream ˝ cup (125 ml) chicken broth 3 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes (optional)
Preparation
1. Boil the fettuccine in a large casserole. Drain and set them aside, keeping them warm.
2. To make the sauce, fry the bacon in a large pan for 4-5 minutes or until it gets crispy. Add the Scallions and cook for 1 minute, then put in the cream and the broth, and mix. When it starts boiling, turn down the heat and keep cooking until the sauce thickens. Add the tomatoes and mix the fettuccine with the sauce. Sprinkle cheese and verve.
Serving suggestion: Everything you need to make this meal complete is a fresh salad and hot rolls.
