Favorite Soufflé Recipe
Ingredients: 600grs of apples 100grs of sugar 3 eggs ¼ liter of milk 50grs of cornstarch 50grs of butter ½ tsp of powdered vanilla
Preparation: Peel and cut the apples in small squares and boil in water for 5 minutes, strain them afterwards.
Place the cold milk, the cornstarch, the vanilla and the butter in a container; let it cook at a low flame stirring it with a hand blender until you get a thick paste. Remove from fire and add the apples, the sugar, and the egg yolks, mix all well and add the egg white which should be beat till stiff. Once the mix is done pour it into a buttered and sprinkled with sugar oven tray, and let it cook in a double sauce pan for 35 minutes.
Serve immediately.
