Extended Fondant Recipe

Ingredients
3 tbsps water
7 grs flavorless jell-o
1 tbsp glucose
1 ½ tbsps glycerin
The necessary amount of powdered sugar
1 ½ tbsps vegetable lard

Preparation

  1. Dissolve the jell-o in water in a double sauce pan. Add the glucose, glycerin and the vegetable lard. Once it’s all dissolved, remove from the double sauce pan.
  2. Strain the powdered sugar 3 times and place it on the table. Incorporate the previous preparation while hot and knead.
  3. To give it coloring, do the same as the chocolate fondant.
  4. Store in a nylon bag.
