Asthma: boil and drink the brew, 3 cups during two weeks.
Diuretic: boil and drink the brew.
Expectorant: boil and drink the brew, 3 cups during two weeks.
Fever: boil and drink the infusion.
Blows: apply a cataplasm over affected area.
Flu: boil and drink the infusion or the brew.
Cough: boil and drink the infusion or the brew.
Preparation
For internal use, it is not recommend to use the root.
Cataplasm: grind dry plants until transforming it into powder and soak in hot water or grind the fresh plant until a paste is formed. Place them in any natural porous fiber and use as bandage over affected area until discomfort diminishes. Also apply directly over affected area covering the paste with a hot towel.
Brew: boil 20g of the plant in a liter of water. Let stand for a few minutes and strain. Drink as if drinking water.
Infusion: add 4 leaves of the plant into a liter of boiling water, away from heat.
Precaution
In case of pregnancy or nursing, do not use without medical supervision.
