Ingredients 200 grs butter ½ cup of white sugar ½ cup of brown sugar 2 eggs ½ cup of nuts, raisins, candied fruit, and rum 2 cup of flour 2 teaspoon of baking powder 2 teaspoons syrup ½ cup of milk Grated lemon peel |½ teaspoon of baking soda
Preparation
- Beat butter with white and brown sugar until creamy gradually add eggs, dry fruit, rum keep beating carefully, add sifted flour, baking powder and soda, milk syrup, grated lemon peel, beat all the ingredients until obtaining a smooth batter.
- Butter pan with butter, pour the cake batter on the pan, and bake for 45 minutes.
