Emperor Tart Recipe

Ingredients
200 grs flour
80 grs sugar
100 grs butter
A pinch of salt
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
1 egg yolk
Grated lemon peel
Strawberry jelly

Frosting 
125 grs butter
125 grs sugar
3 yolks
60 grs of chocolate
60 grs chopped nuts
60 grs candied fruit
100 grs flour
1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 teaspoon of cognac
3 egg whites
2 beaten eggs

Preparation

  1. In coking bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, butter, egg yolks, grated lemon peel, mix all the ingredients until obtaining soft dough.  
  2. Butter pan, cover the pan with dough, and add to the dough strawberry jelly.

Frosting Preparation
Beat butter and sugar until obtaining a creamy substance, add egg yolks and beat for 5 more minutes, gradually add cocoa powder, nuts, candied fruit, cognac and previous beaten egg whites mix until obtaining a cream substance. Pour cream over the dough and strawberry jelly. Bake for 50 minutes. Remove   from the oven
