Elaboration Process of Tangerine Wine

In the following we will give a detailed step on each step of the elaboration of 500 liters of tangerine wine and will give some recommendations on how to use other fruits.

During the process approximately 400 liters of boiled cold water will be used. Remember to boil it one day before and to use it at room temperature.
