Preparation
- Beat egg yolks with 100 grs of sugar until creamy.
- Beat egg whites until obtaining a thick meringue gradually add 50 grs of sugar add the rest of the ingredients mixing carefully. Blend melon and banana separately and mix the blended fruit and cream, pour the mix in a round glass bowl refrigerate for 1 day before serving.
