Easy Lima Pie Recipe
Ingredients 125 grs of crushed cookies 80 grs of melted butter 4 egg yolks 400 ml of condensed milk ½ cup of lemon juice 2 teaspoons of lemon juice 1 cup of milk cream 1 teaspoon of grated lemon peel
Preparation
- In a small bowl crush cookies and melted butter creating a smooth dough place the cookie dough on the butter pan and make a pie crust and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- In a cooking bowl beat with an electric beat egg yolk, milk, lemon juice, and grated lemon peel beat until obtaining a smooth cream, pour the cream over the pie crust bake in the oven for 20 minutes, remove from the oven and refrigerate for 2 hours.
