Easter Toasts

Ingredients
8 slices of bread without crust
500 ml milk
150 gr glazed sugar
1 tspn vanilla
3 eggs
500 ml sunflower oil

Decoration
Glazed sugar
Ground cinnamon

Preparation
Place the milk, sugar and vanilla in a pot and boil. Let it boil for 3-4 min then cool and strain.

Cut thick bread slices. Cut the crust and leave rectangular pieces.

Place the bread slices in a plate and using a ladle pour the vanilla milk over each slice, turning it over to make sure it soaks well.

Beat the eggs and place in a bowl, dip each slice of bread in the eggs on both sides and put on another plate.

Fry the bread slices in a pan with hot oil, turn around to golden on each side.

For the final touch; mix the cinnamon and sugar in a plate. Dip the toasts in the mix and serve immediately.
