Dry crunchy fruit sauce

Ingredients
80 grs dry fruit
400 grs condensed milk
200 grs dark chocolate
1 tspn vanilla

Preparation

  1. Pre heat the oven at 200c. cut the dry fruit in pieces and spread over the pan  and toast for 10 minutes , mix every no and then  so they toast evenly and making sure the fruit doesn’t burn , remove from the oven and let it cool down totally .
  2. cook  in a double sauce pan chocolate  condensed milk , until obtaining a smooth  substance add the vanilla and stir well
  3. pour the sauce over ice cream and add the toasted dry fruit on top
