Ingredients
Apples, 3
Water, 1 and ½ liters
Cinnamon stick, 1
Cold water, ¼ cup
Apple jello, 1 tablespoon
Honey, ½ cup
Sweetener, ½ cup
Preparation
Wash, cut and peel the apples into small pieces and get rid of the seeds. Place the chopped apples in a pot along with the rest of the ingredients (except for the jello and the sweetener). Bring the mixture to medium heat and allow it to boil until it obtains a gluey consistency and once the fruit has dissolved. Take it off the heat and strain. Add in the jello to the liquid of what you have just strained (previously dissolved the jello in cold water and the sweetener). Put it back on the stove and allow it to boil for 3 to 5 minutes then bottle it while it is still hot. Store in the refrigerator once it cools.
