Ingredients:
500 grs of flower
1 bag of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
100 grs of sugar
50 grs grinded nuts
200 grs of dates (chopped up)
1 cup of strong coffee
1 egg
20 grs of butter
Preparation
Combine the flower, baking soda, salt and sugar with the nuts and dates. In a different bowl combine the coffee, egg and butter together, and add these to the dry ingredients. Mix the paste well until it’s perfectly smooth. Butter up the baking pan and place the mixture inside, let it rest for about 20 min. Place the pan in the oven (preheated to 200 degrees Celsius). Let it cook for 1 hour. Withdraw from the oven and sprinkle powdered sugar over it.
