Dates and fig brownies

Ingredients
125 grs butter
100 grs chopped dark chocolate
125 grs glazed sugar
90 grs sugar cane syrup
30 grs flour
30 grs cocoa powder
60 grs of fresh dates 
45 grs fresh figs
Sifted cocoa powder to decorated

Preparation 

  1. Preheat    oven at 180 c butter the pan 28x18cm with oil or butter, cover the pan with wax paper.
  2. Cook   butter and chocolate in a double sauce pan stir until obtaining a creamy substance.
  3. Mix in the sugar in batter until all ingredients are well mix.
  4. Add the sugar cane syrup, eggs, flour, cocoa powder, dates and figs to the mix.
  5. Pour the batter in the pan and baked for 25 to 35 minutes let it cool down before cutting.
  6. Cut in squares  and sprinkle cocoa powder
