Treatment
Keeping wound clean is basic to avoid infection and scarring. Wash the wound with water and disinfect with oxygenated water.
Medicinal plants
- For cuts, use horse tail, eucalyptol, grass, mauve, chamomile, cress, marjoram, rue, sabila, salvia, willow and lemon balm.
- For scars, use common chicory, annatto, gold bloom, shatter stone, man’s foot, chamomile, pepper tree, rosemary, salvia or lime flowers.
- As analgesic, use horsetail or willow.
Nourishment, vitamins and minerals
- For quick healing, take vitamin E or eat foods that have it. You can also apply vitamin E directly.
- Protein favors healing. Eat four foods with protein during the day.
- Apply olives, chard, celery, sugar, cinnamon, onion, cabbage, cumin, coriander, honey, oregano, bread, potato, papaya or parsley over affected area.
Precaution
