Grated orange peel, 1
Cloves, 3
Preparation
Place a pot over moderate heat with a layer of sugar and then add in another coat of the currants and then another coat of sugar once again. Allow it to cook for 20 minutes. Finally add in the grated orange peel and the cloves. Bottle and keep in the refrigerator.
