Curacao Ice Cream

Ingredients
500 ml milk
40 gr cornstarch
100 gr sugar
150 ml curacao liquor
3 egg yolks

Preparation

  1. Dissolve the cornstarch in ½ a cup of milk.
  2. Boil the rest of the milk with the sugar and cornstarch and cook for a couple minutes until it thickens.
  3. Let it cool, add the liquor and already mixed egg yolks beat well until it forms a smooth texture and refrigerate.
