Ingredients
250 grs vanilla cookies
125 grs butter
90 grs glazed sugar
2 tspn cocoa powder
25 grs dry coconut
60 grs pecans
80 grs glazed cherries
1 pre beaten egg
1 tspn vanilla
Chocolate frosting
200 grs dark chocolate
Preparation
- butter the pan 20x30 cm lightly with butter or oil, cover the pan with wax paper
- crumble the cookies in a blender or manually,
- melt the butter add sugar and cocoa powder let it boil for 2 minutes remove from fire add the crumble cookies, dry coconut, nuts, cherries, pre beaten egg , mix all ingredients well until obtaining a smooth substance .
- Place dough in the pan and flatten it to elaborated the chocolate frosting, cook the chocolate in a double sauce pan, pour the melted chocolate on the sweets and let it cool down, cut in small pieces, served chill.
