Ingredients
6 lamb ribs
1 ½ tablespoon mustard grains
4 tablespoons lime jam
¾ cup(30 grams) day-old bread, roughly crushed
1 teaspoon crushed ginger
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
¼ teaspoon crushed cardamom
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons grated lime skin
1 ½ tablespoon lime juice
30 grams melted butter
Preparation
1. Trim off excess fat. Mix mustard with jam and spread this mix on the meat.
2. In a bowl, put the crushed bread, ginger, parsley, cardamom, sugar, lime skin and juice, and the butter. Mix thoroughly. Press this mix onto every rib and bake for 45 minutes. Let the ribs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serving suggestion: Serve with peas, buttered chayotes and Cambray potatoes.
Spongy Apple Dessert

1 packet butter cake mix
440 grams canned apple slices
3 tablespoons raisins
2 tablespoons grated lemon skin
2 tablespoons warm honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation
1. Make the cake as the package shows.
2. Mix all the ingredients well.
3. On a greased tin pour the mix of the apples and then the cake. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar.
