Cream Pie Recipe
Ingredients 150 grs flour 76 grs butter 1 ½ tablespoon of sugar 1 egg Water
Cream 2 eggs yolks 2 tablespoons of sugar 2 tablespoons of cornstarch 1 ½ cup of milk 2 tablespoon of whip cream Canned peach cut in slices A shot of cognac
Ingredients
- In cooking bowl mix flour, butter, sugar, gradually add eggs water until obtaining a smooth dough, cover the dough and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Spread the over a pan and bake for 15 minutes remove from the oven and let it cool down.
- In a small pot beat eggs yolks, sugar and cornstarch until obtaining a spongy substance.
- Heat the milk and add to the previous mix and cook until it thickens, once the mix its cold add the cognac. Pour the cream over the dough, decorated with peach and whip cream.
