Ingredients
500 grs of pre made butter dough
300 grs of strawberries
50 grs glazed sugar
Cream
4 eggs
250 grs of sugar
100 grs of flour
500 ml milk
The peel of 2 lemons
1 teaspoon of vanilla
300 grs of milk cream
Preparation
- Pre heat oven at 180c, butter pan with butter or oil, spread dough and cover pan, bake for 12 minutes.
- In a cooking bowl with and electric mixer beat eggs yolks, sugar, flour and a little bit milk beat until creamy.
- In a small pot boil let over milk, grated lemon peel and vanilla, add the egg yolk mix to the boiling milk, and let it boil for 3 minutes. Remove from the fire and let it cool down.
- Gradually add milk cream and beat with electric mixer until obtaining a creamy substance.
- Pour the cream over the baked pie crust, decorate with glazed sugar, refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
