Cream Coffee Pie

Ingredients
1 ½ cups of crushed toasted bread
½ cups of melted butter

Filling
1 teaspoon of gelatin
¼ cup of hot water
1 cup of black coffee
1 teaspoon of vanilla
3 eggs yolks
½ cup of sugar
Whip cream
3 eggs whites

Preparation

  1. Mix the toasted crushed bread with butter, put the mix on the pan creating a pie crust, refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  2. Dissolve the gelatin in hot water, beat until it cools down, and add the eggs yolks, sugar coffee and vanilla beat until obtaining a creamy substance. Cook in a double sauce pan until it thickens
  3. Beat egg whites, gradually go adding sugar, and beat until they turn snow white
  4. Mix gelatin cream with egg whites. Pour the cream over the refrigerate pie crust and refrigerate for 2 hours.
