Cream & Fruit Parfait Recipe
Ingredients 1 cup of white wine 1 teaspoon of lemon juice 1¼ of a cup of thick cream 1/3 of a cup of mashed mango pulp 250 grams strawberries (clean and sliced) 2 kiwis (peeled and minced) 1 mango (peeled and minced)
Preparation Recipe
- Place the wine, lemon juice, and sugar in a pot and place it over the fire, constantly stirring the cream till the sugar dissolves. Remove from the fire and let it cool. Then refrigerate until the syrup is frozen.
- Place the cream, mashed mango, and frozen syrup in a bowl and whip until it forms peaks.
- Arrange a layer of the small slices of mango in the bottom of 6 glasses and add 1 tablespoon of mango cream. Continue with the process alternating with the other fruits like kiwis and strawberries, finishing with the mango cream. Refrigerate until the fruit parfait is served.
