Cranberry Pie Recipe

Ingredients
500 of pre made butter dough
400 grs cranberry gelatin
2 eggs
3 teaspoons of sugar
500 grs of mascarpone
2 teaspoons of brandy
1 teaspoon of lemon juice and lemon peel 
A cup of white wine
100 grs of butter

Preparation

  1. Wash and cut the cranberries marinated in white wine for ½ hour.
  2. Spread butter dough on pan, pre heat oven at 180 c, and bake for 15 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl beat egg yolks until creamy gradually add mascarpone, brandy lemon juice, and lemon peel, keep beating until obtaining a creamy batter.
  4. Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
  5. Pour the hot gelatin and cream over the pie crust, decorate pie with marinated cranberries, and refrigerate the pie for 2 hours.
