Ingredients
500 pre made sponge cake
250 grs of cranberries
3 eggs
120 grs of sugar
250 grs milk cream
Preparation
- Blend cranberries, cook in small pot with egg yolks and sugar at low fire for 5 minutes, remove from the fire and let it cool down.
- Beat egg whites gradually add sugar and keep beating until obtaining a smooth meringue, add the meringue and milk cream to the cranberry mousse.
- Put the sponge in a tall pan pour the cranberry mousse on the sponge cake decorate with glazed sugar, refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
