Corinth Sweet
Ingredients Corinth, 1 kilogram Sugar, ¾ kilogram
Preparation Prepare a syrup and add in the Corinth. Allow them to sit for 5 minutes. Cook over moderate heat until the Corinth softens a little. Take the Corinth out of the pot with a strainer and boil the syrup until it thickens. Then place the Corinth back into the pot and allow them to boil for 5 to 10 minutes over higher heat. Bottle and keep in the refrigerator.
