- Time: 60 minutes
Ingredients: 125 grs soft butter 3 egg whites 125 grs flour 125 grs sugar salt
Preparation:
- Mix the butter with the sugar without mixing it too much. Add the egg whites one by one and lastly the flour.
- Let the dough rest a little.
- Butter an oven tray and make the cookies in whatever shape you like but leaving enough space for it to expand.
- Cook at a 170 degree heated oven for 7 to 8 minutes until the sides brown.
- Remove from tray and store in tin containers, they last for a few days.
