Cookie Hearts

Ingredients
180 grams of butter
180 grams of sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
300 grams of whole wheat flour, sifted
1 ½ teaspoons of yeast powder

Preparation

  1. Beat the butter and the sugar together. Add the egg, the milk and the vanilla. Add in the rest of the dry ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for one hour.
  2. Extend the dough over a floured surface and cut out heart shaped cookies. Place them in a previously greased baking tray and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
