Ingredients
180 grams of butter
180 grams of sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
300 grams of whole wheat flour, sifted
1 ½ teaspoons of yeast powder
Preparation
- Beat the butter and the sugar together. Add the egg, the milk and the vanilla. Add in the rest of the dry ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for one hour.
- Extend the dough over a floured surface and cut out heart shaped cookies. Place them in a previously greased baking tray and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
