Cookie brownies

 
Ingredients
185 grs flour
90 grs cocoa powder
280 grs brown sugar
185 grs butter
150 grs dark chocolate
3 pre beaten eggs
175 grs chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. pre heat oven  at 180c  butter  the pan  with oil  or butter , cover the pan with wax paper
  2. Sift flour cocoa powder adds sugar; make a small hole in the middle.
  3. Melt chocolate and butter in a double sauce pan, and add to the dry mix, mix all the ingredients including chocolate chip   until obtaining soft dough   .
  4. Make cookies with a table spoon on the pan   around 6 cookies per pan.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes. For the cookies to stay soft leave then on the pan for 5 before putting in the cookie jar.
