Ingredients
185 grs flour
90 grs cocoa powder
280 grs brown sugar
185 grs butter
150 grs dark chocolate
3 pre beaten eggs
175 grs chocolate chips
Preparation
- pre heat oven at 180c butter the pan with oil or butter , cover the pan with wax paper
- Sift flour cocoa powder adds sugar; make a small hole in the middle.
- Melt chocolate and butter in a double sauce pan, and add to the dry mix, mix all the ingredients including chocolate chip until obtaining soft dough .
- Make cookies with a table spoon on the pan around 6 cookies per pan.
- Bake for 12 minutes. For the cookies to stay soft leave then on the pan for 5 before putting in the cookie jar.
