Compact brownies
Ingredients 150 grs butter 150 grs dark chocolate 165 grs brown sugar 3 eggs 1 tspn vanilla 125 grs flour 30 grs cocoa powder 50 grs almonds 60 grs raisins 50 grs chopped chocolate with milk
Preparation
- preheat the oven at 180c butter the pan with oil or butter cover the pan with wax paper
- cook chocolate and butter in a double souse pan until obtaining a creamy substance , remove from the fire let it cool down for a few minutes
- add sugar to the chocolate mix , go adding the eggs gradually with the flour almonds and cocoa powder and raisins until everything is well mix
- pour the batter in the pan bake for 40 to 50 minutes let brownies cool down, cut in small pieces
