Pie Ingredients 155 grams of mashed vanilla cookies 90 grams of melted butter Toasted grated coconut
Pie Recipe Filling 185 grams of cream cheese 3 tablespoons of brown sugar 1½ teaspoons of grated orange peels 1½ teaspoons of grated lemon peels 3 teaspoons of lemon juice 3 teaspoons of orange juice 1 lightly whipped egg ½ cup of condensed sugared milk 2 tablespoons of whipped cream
Preparation of our Cold Desserts Recipes
- Mix the butter with the mashed cookies and place in a round buttered pan (23 cm. dm.) cover it. Bake for 5-8 minutes take out and let it cool.
- Filling: In a bowl place the cream cheese, sugar, juices, and the grated peels and beat till creamy, add the egg and keep whipping; add the condensed milk and cream and whip for ½ minute more.
- Refill the crust and place it in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the filling is firm. Turn off the oven and leave the door semi-open and let it cool down inside the oven. Refrigerate before serving and decorate with the toasted coconut.
Cold Desserts Recipes Tips Oven temp. 180 °C, 350 °F When unable to get a hold of green lime, in it’s place use regular lemon juice and you will get an equally delicious cake.
