Coffee Ice Cream Dessert

 
Ingredients
3 balls of coffee ice cream
1 banana
1 tspn lemon juice
1 tbspn sugar

Syrup
5 drops concentrated coffee
1 tbspn sugar
5 tbspn hot water

Decoration
Whipped Cream
Caramel coffee beans

Preparation

  1. Prepare the syrup and let it cool.
  2. Peel the banana and cut in slices. Sprinkle with sugar and lemon juice.
  3. Put the 3 balls of coffee ice cream in a wide bowl surrounded by the banana slices. Decorate with the whipped cream and coffee beans. Cover with the syrup.
