Coffee Ice Cream
Ingredients 4 egg yolks 250 ml milk 250 ml milk cream 130 gr sugar 2 tbspn instant coffee Some coffee grains for decorating
Preparation
- Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and coffee. Mix smoothly with the hot milk. Put over a low heat until it thickens without it boiling. Let it cool and add the milk cream.
- Refrigerate
- This ice cream can be accompanied with fudge and decorated with coffee beans and almonds.
