Coffee, Nut and Chocolate Pie Recipes

 

Recipe Ingredients
220 grams of mashed chocolate cookies
125 grams of butter

Coffee Filling of pie
1 liter of vanilla ice cream
2 teaspoons of instant coffee, dissolved in 4 tablespoons of warm water

Nut Spreading in recipe
½ cup of evaporated milk
½ cup of sugar
200 grams of bitter chocolate (bar)
60 grams of nuts (minced)

 

Preparation of Dessert

  1. Crust: Place the smashed cookie and butter in a pot, mix well and then with the mixture cover the base of a pie mold (23 cm. diameter).
  2. Filling: Mix the coffee and ice cream extremely well; empty this mixture into the pie crust and place in the freezer.
  3. Spreading: Place the evaporated milk, sugar, and chocolate in a small pot and place on fire and let it cook on a low flame, stirring until the chocolate dissolves and you obtain a thick texture.  Add the nuts and let it cool.  Then pour it over the filling and place in the freezer until its firm.
