Coconut Yolks

 

Coconut Yolks

  • For: 24 yolks
  • Time: 60 minutes

 

Ingredients:
250 grs fresh grated coconut
250 grs sugar
Sugar to decorate

Preparation:

  1. Place a deciliter of water with the sugar, stir while it dissolves and let it cook for 5 minutes until it becomes thick syrup.
  2. Add the coconut and knead well.
  3. While hot make little balls the size of egg yolks. Sprinkle sugar on top of them and put them in little paper wrappings.
