Ingredients:
250 grs fresh grated coconut
250 grs sugar
Sugar to decorate
Preparation:
- Place a deciliter of water with the sugar, stir while it dissolves and let it cook for 5 minutes until it becomes thick syrup.
- Add the coconut and knead well.
- While hot make little balls the size of egg yolks. Sprinkle sugar on top of them and put them in little paper wrappings.
