Coconut sweets

Ingredients
250 grs glazed sugar
65 grs dry coconut
60 ml milk
60 ml coconut milk
60 grs butter
Red food coloring
Chucks of coconut to decorated

Preparation

  1. Cover the pan 20 x8 cm  with wax paper
  2. In a small pot cook butter coconut milk, milk sugar and dry coconut dissolved until all ingredients turn into a smooth substance, boil for 10 minutes.
  3. remove from the fire   add the food coloring and mix well , pour the batter in the pan and let it cool down ,decorated with coconut and cut in small pieces, serve like candy.
