Coconut Mousse Recipe
Ingredients 4 cups of coconut milk 200 grs of sugar 1 pack of gelatin 1 cup of rum 3 cups of milk cream Grated coconut to decorate mousse
Preparation
- Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
- In a small pot mix coconut milk, rum and sugar and let it boil for 3 minutes, remove from the fire and gradually add dissolve gelatin mix well place the mix in a clear bowl refrigerate for 1 hour add the previous beaten milk cream and put back in the refrigerator for 1 more hour, decorate mousse with grated coconut before serving.
