Coconut Dessert Recipe
Ingredients: 3 large coconuts 250grs of sugar Butter 1 orange
Preparation: Remove the dark skin from the coconuts and grate them.
Make somewhat thick syrup with the sugar and three cups of water, add the orange slice to them. Once the syrup has thickened add the grated coconut to the pot and cook at a very low flame. Stir the mix for it not to stick until you can see the bottom of the pot. Remove from fire and place over a buttered marble and spread the dough. Take small portions of the dough and with your hands give to them ball shapes which are placed in paper molds and placed in the fridge until the moment of being served.
