Coconut Cakes
- For: 1 kg of cakes
- Time: 60 minutes
Ingredients: 260 grs flour 120 grs butter 4 eggs 1 tsp baking powder 250 grs grated coconut 200 grs sugar Vanilla essence
Preparation:
- Place the flour, sugar and baking powder in a bowl and mix well, add the eggs one by one mixing with a wooden spoon.
- Add the vanilla essence to your liking and add the grated coconut.
- Butter an oven tray and place small amounts of the batter on the tray with the help of a spoon.
- Cook at a 175 degree oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove them from the oven and remove them from the tray.
- Sprinkle glazed sugar on top of each one.
