Coconut Cakes

  • For: 1 kg of cakes
  • Time: 60 minutes

 

Ingredients:
260 grs flour
120 grs butter
4 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
250 grs grated coconut
200 grs sugar
Vanilla essence

Preparation:

  1. Place the flour, sugar and baking powder in a bowl and mix well, add the eggs one by one mixing with a wooden spoon.
  2. Add the vanilla essence to your liking and add the grated coconut.
  3. Butter an oven tray and place small amounts of the batter on the tray with the help of a spoon.
  4. Cook at a 175 degree oven for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove them from the oven and remove them from the tray.
  6. Sprinkle glazed sugar on top of each one.
